Return Policy
We make best efforts to ensure that the products ordered by you are dispatched accurately and carefully. We are committed to provide high class customer service, quality of product and complete satisfaction to you. In case you may wish to return the products purchased by you, please make sure that you follow the instructions listed below in order to ensure a hassle free and speedy refund / exchange as offered on your products subject to any specific return policy mentioned in the description of your product(s). No interest is paid on the refund, though we try to process it as quickly as possible.
1.0. The products you wish to return must be in the unused original condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt by you.
2.0. The shipping cost for returning the products / goods shall be paid by you, including for those products which are offered with free shipping by exprocart.in
3.0. Products should be in original new condition as sent to you. The original invoice must be sent back with the returning products for cancellation.
4.0. Where ever given the manufacturer’s serial number on the box / packing of the product or on the product itself will be mentioned on the invoice. The returning products / items must match the serial number written on the invoice. This is to avoid interchange of the products, in case you buy the same product from another source also.
5.0. Scratched or used products are not accepted for return. Original barcodes, tags, labels product and brand packaging should be in original condition.
6.0. The products shall be returned in the original box which shall not be damaged / tempered with by sticking labels or writing on it except for redirecting to us.
7.0. Any container e.g. sachets, packets etc. in the box accompanying the product shall not be opened / tempered with.
8.0. You shall ensure that at the time of accepting the delivery from the carrier, the packaging is not damaged / tempered in case it is so you shall refuse to accept delivery and inform our customer support centre immediately by e-mail with the order number and the details of the item.
9.0. If you wish to replace / exchange the product, please call / e-mail to our customer support centre.
10.0. This policy shall be read in conjunction with other terms and conditions of exprocart.in We reserve the right to change our policy at any time without giving any prior notice. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Please review this policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of the changes if any from time to time.
